Refused Shipments
All refused/returned to sender shipments due to buyer’s remorse, changed minds, unavailable for delivery and/or incorrect address (which is an automatic return to sender by the shipping carrier) type scenarios will be treated as a refused delivery. You will be notified once of this matter through email, if you do not respond with a pre paid shipping label, your purchase will be disposed of at our discretion, and by doing so you hereby waive your rights to dispute the purchase with your cardholder based on proof of delivery attempt provided by our shipping partners.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned which falls under the Return Policy guidelines. Special Order items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions.
Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship within 7 business days of ordering. Lead times, however can and do vary.
Our standard lead time is 15 business days for all cut to order items, to include any and all items in or out of stock at the time of ordering.All custom orders are subject to a 30 business day lead time.
Expedited lead times and shipping methods can be arranged for additional costs by contacting us at sales@50kplasma.com.
Lead times shown are examples only as stated lead times can vary.
Lead times can and are affected by number of orders at the present time, supply chain issues and other matters outside our control. We can only do our best to ship your item as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
Any type of return (damaged, defective, missing pieces, wrong product etc.) for any items that have been installed will be denied. Once a product is installed it automatically becomes a warranty case.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable products, or custom items.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 15 days of the date your order was made, no exceptions. All return requests must be sent in writing to sales@50kplasma.com
Buyer is liable for all return shipping costs and must be insured for no less than the total cost of purchase to include shipping costs, taxes paid and cost of item.
We do not accept any form of buyers remorse or changed my mind reasoning as a reason for return or exchange.
Digital downloads are by default non returnable for any reason whatsoever. Period
All returns can be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
If the item is tagged, classified or in any other manner as “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Buyer is liable for all return shipping costs and must be insured for no less than the total cost of purchase to include shipping costs, taxes paid and cost of item.

All items being returned or exchanged must be insured for no less than the total cost of purchase to include shipping costs, taxes paid and cost of item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2 weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
All refunds are subject to a re-stocking fee to include but not limited to: all credit card/debit card financial processing costs, original shipping costs to create a zero net loss, any physical or cosmetic damages, any lost parts, ect.
If your return is rejected as returnable, we will provide an explanation as to the reason(s) it was rejected. In that event at your own expense we will return your return. you must either provide us with a 4″ wide x 6″ tall shipping label for either UPS or USPS. There will be no exceptions. if you do not provide pre=paid return shipping within 7 days of the date we rejected the return, we will dispose of the item at our own discretion.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email sales@50kplasma.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
